Soumya Tripathy

I am a Ph.D student in the Faculty of Computing and Electrical Engineering, Tampere University . I am working on computer vision under the supervision of Professor Esa Rahtu from Tampere University and Professor Juho Kannala from Aalto University.

Prior to coming to Finland, I was working as a Researcher at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Innovation and Research where I was working on sensor signal processing. I obtained my Master's degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I did my thesis with Professor Ganapati Panda on compressive sensing.
